Iraq crisis is not showing any signs of settling down, while the threat of ebola virus has worsened over the last couple of months. This means that we will have to pray even harder. Even as recently faith leaders in London united to condemn the atrocities perpetrated by the IS (Islamic State) on the minorities in the country, on the other continent, a mob looted an Ebola Isolation center, and stole contaminated equipment, and bloodstained mattresses.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
I don't really expect you today, Lord.
But as I say these words I realize that it is at such a time that you will come.
Make me ready, keep me yearning, and come, Lord Jesus.
